Position Purpose: The Promotional Account Manager (PAM) is responsible for several tactical aspects of the engagement, including project estimating, supplier selection, task management, and general collaboration with client stakeholders. The PAM is well-versed with promotional products and proactively shares latest trends during the development process of a project. The PAM is actively engaged with the client to develop specifications and manage projects from creation through distribution.  Additionally, the PAM will develop new relationships with key stakeholders within the client as well as strengthen existing relationships.

Position: Account Executive - Sales

Reports to: CEO

Position Summary: The Account Executive will generate sales leads, build client relationships and contribute to the overall sales of the Organization.

Account Executive Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize all resources available to seek out prospects
  • Develop new accounts
  • Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with clients
  • Execute monthly sales goals
  • Collaborate with the management team in its marketing efforts
  • Interact with clients both in-person, through email, and over the phone
  • Travel may be required

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Attributes Requirements): 
The Candidate must possess the following skills:

  • Experience in the promotional products industry (PPAI/ASI)
  • Customer-centric personality
  • Energetic and highly motivated
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and in-person
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Knowledge of a variety of computer applications, including, but not limited to Microsoft Products (Power Point, Excel and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
  • Attention to detail in all aspects
  • Effectively communicates with management, peers and clients

Compensation: Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure.
