Coupon Requirements:

1.   Graphics are optional, but encouraged. If provided, any size and format is fine.
2.   Submit only one coupon for use by all associations. Please do not mention particular association names on the coupon or in the coupon code.
3.   Coupons must include a discount or promotion. Coupons are often for free setups, discounted setups, cash discounts (e.g., $50 off a $250 order), free spec samples, EQP, NQP, sample kit discounts, and freight discounts.
4.   Coupon usage restrictions, if any, should be specified on the coupon. Common restrictions include: “limit one offer per salesperson”, “must reference code on purchase order”, “not valid with other offers or promotions”, etc.
