10 am - 1 pm - Exhibits Open
*Outdoor Event - Rain or Shine!
*All exhibitors will provide their own tables, tents or umbrellas.
*In the event of inclement weather, the exhibits will be under
the covered parking garage.

Cost
$300 per city

  • PPAMidwest Membership must be current to exhibit
  • Exhibitors will provide all items needed for their exhibit space in Overland Park, KS including tables, racks, etc. 
  • 2 Tables will be provided in Maryland Heights for your exhibit space. Additional tables may be reserved for $50 each 
  • Lunch will be provided in Maryland Heights. 
  • PPAMidwest will host a social after the show in Overland Park at Rock & Brews where lunch and drink specials will be available to our attendees.
